As Senior Vice President, Outpatient Medical, Brian Fry oversees Ventas’s Outpatient Medical (OM) Asset Management team. He has been a key leader and contributor across numerous areas of the business since joining Ventas in 2011, including serving as a Project Manager for the Construction and Development team; Manager, Construction and Development; Director, Senior Housing Operating Portfolio (SHOP) Asset Management; Director, Outpatient Medical Asset Management; and Vice President, OM Asset Management.

Fry led the Company’s reporting on corporate sustainability matters from 2011 – 2017 and founded the Young Professionals Network at Ventas, which fosters the growth and development of the next generation of Ventas leaders.

Prior to joining Ventas, Fry worked as a Project Manager for a construction management firm in suburban Chicago. He received his B.S. in Economics from Illinois State University and an M.B.A. with Finance concentration from North Central College.
