Lindsay Casillas is Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for Senior Housing at Ventas. In this role, Casillas directs commercial strategy for Ventas’s Senior Housing Operating Portfolio (SHOP). Working in close collaboration with more than 40 best-in-class operators, Casillas helps drive operational performance across Ventas’s SHOP communities, including through the application of Ventas’s proprietary data analytics and experiential insights platform, Ventas OI^TM, to elevate resident experience and support growth at scale.

Casillas has a diversified background across the hospitality, healthcare and Business & Industry sectors, including having held executive leadership roles at two of the world’s three largest commercial contract management firms. She has led revenue and operational excellence initiatives at every level of senior housing.

Casillas has a proven track record of capturing revenue growth during periods of economic shifts. As Chief Growth Officer for a major national leisure operator, she revamped commercial strategies to capitalize on the surge in demand during the pandemic, authoring a growth plan that transformed the nation’s second-largest portfolio of its kind.

Casillas serves on the Board of Directors of Argentum, contributing to policy and industry standards for senior housing, and is an alumna of the KPMG Women’s Leadership Executive Program. She holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University.
